3:25 pm Announcement: “All grades please dismiss, Y, commercial daycare and car riders.” (REPEAT)
All YMCA, Commercial Daycare and Car Riders will be dismissed.
YMCA - report to the gym
Commercial Daycare - report to back entrance by media center
Car Riders - report to café and sit at designated café table
Students in 1st - 5th grade will walk to the above designated areas independently.
Kindergarten students will be escorted by an assigned staff member.
3:30 pm (approximately) Once all buses are confirmed on the lot, bus dismissal will begin. Announcement: “Grades 3, 4 & 5 please dismiss bus riders.” (REPEAT)
Teachers walk bus riders outside, and deliver each student to the correct bus.
Approximately, 3/5 minutes after bus riders for grades 3, 4, & 5 have been dismissed, PreK through grade 2 bus riders are dismissed. Announcement: “PreK through grade 2 please dismiss bus riders.” (REPEAT)
Teachers walk bus riders outside, and deliver each student to the correct bus.
Once ALL bus students have been dismissed, ALL teachers (or staff coverage) remove the homeroom name from the wooden board under the canopy.
